Adam Hasty, Correctional Officer, age 31, of Riverdale, passed away, February 2, 2014. He worked for the Clayton County Sheriff's Office. He is survived by his parents, Fred and Glenda Hasty of Forest Park; sister, Amanda Hasty of Forest Park; grandmother, Valda Bentley; girlfriend, Mallory Robertson; aunts, uncles, cousins, godchildren and life-long friends, Jessica and Josh Paley; Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Jonesboro First United Methodist Church. Rev. George Freeman and Chaplain Stan Owen will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
