Alan Wilson, 74, of Jonesboro, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024. Alan dedicated many years to the Clayton County Board of Education as a Shop Foreman before retiring. He is preceded in death by his son, Timothy Chad Wilson; his brother, Randy Wilson; and his parents, Raymond and Miriam Wilson.

Alan is lovingly remembered by his wife, Lulu Wilson, and his daughter, Michelle Hix (David Owen) of Jonesboro, and sons, Travis White of Jonesboro, Josh Fauscett of Jonesboro, and Bobby Berry of Zebulon. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brandon Hix of Hampton and Taylor Hix of Jonesboro, as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

A graveside service, officiated by Pastor John Elliott, will take place on Wednesday, October 23rd, at 2:00 PM at Westminster Memorial Gardens, where Alan will be laid to rest.
