Mrs. Angela Vongsa Sooksatit, age 62, of Jonesboro, passed away, March 27, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father; Thao Phanh Vongsa, mother; Nang Chanh Vongsa. She is survived by her husband: Kaukul Sooksatit, children; Kayasith Phoumithone, Phisamay Phoumithone, Sayasack Phoumithone, Vilaylack Phoumithone, siblings; Vath Vongsa, Douangvay Vongsa, Petsmone Vongsa, Phonepasit Vongsa, Venethip Senethavy, Koung Vongsa. Funeral services will be held, Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 2 PM in the chapel of First Baptist Church Jonesboro. Dr. Houmphanh Vongsurith and Dr. Lanny Loe will officiate. Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 29, 2013 from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
