Mrs. Barbara Price-Davis age 77 of Stockbridge passed away August 15, 2016. Mrs. Price-Davis was a member of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro and an Active member in the choir and in Sunday school. She was preceded in death by husband: Ronald A. Davis; Son: David Price; two sisters: JoAnn Lowery and Debbie Brown. She is survived by daughter-in-law: Donna Price; step-children: Keith Davis of Greenville, SC, Traci & Craig Smith of Dallas, GA, and Alan Davis of Singapore; brother: Bill & Patricia Carden of Soddy Daisy, TN; sisters: Wanda & John Keylon of Decatur, TN, and Brenda Sisson of Soddy Daisy, TN; grandchildren: Marcus (Price) Bearden of Atlanta, Ron Crawford of Atlanta, Jessie Harper of Jennings, FL, Ryleigh Phillips , Gracie Phillips, Leighann Smith, Justin Smith all of Dallas, GA, Tadji Davis, and Sam Davis of Greenville, SC; several nieces and nephews; and her precious poodle Pepe. Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, August 17, 2016 in the Chapel of First Baptist Jonesboro with Rev. Hinton Harris officiating. She will lie in state 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Burial to follow at 3 PM EST at Shawmut Cemetery in Lanette, Alabama.
