Mrs. Betty June Leverett, age 72, of Jonesboro, passed away, February 28, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Marvin; children, Michael H. (Merium) Leverett of Stockbridge, Martin H. (Peggy) Leverett, of Forsyth, Twila (Ray) Tatro of MI; siblings, Jerald Perkins of Helen, Margaret Allen of Albany, Dorothea Stripling of Moultrie, Hazel Herron of FL; grandchildren, Benjamin (Nicole) Leverett, Michelle Leverett, Brittany Leverett, Joanie (David) Zoeckler, Jasmine Tatro; great grandchildren, Kiara Zoeckler and Emily Zoeckler. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home on Monday, March 3, 2014. Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 2, 2014 from 3-6 PM at the funeral home.
