Betty Sue Phillips Hayes age 79 of McDonough, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015. Mrs. Hayes was a member of First Baptist Church Jonesboro. She is preceded in death by husband: Don Hayes; 2 brothers; and 1 sister. She is survived by daughter: Valorie Hayes Moore (Jerry) of McDonough; brother: Eddie Phillips (Tommie) of St. Mountain; sisters: Dorothy Farmer of Darien, and Judy Kayse (Paul) of Moultrie; grandchildren: Daniel Hayes, Kayla Moore, Evan Moore, and Chloe Moore; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family. Memorial services will be help at 2:30 PM, Saturday, October 24, 2015 at First Baptist Church Jonesboro. Rev. Hinton Harris will officiate.
