Mrs. Betty Jo Puckett, age 83, of Rex, passed away, October 2, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Guy Puckett. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Lea (Ralph) Allen of Buford, Johnny Alvin Puckett of Rex; sister, Valerine Dean; grandchildren, Amanda Lea Kerstoff, Christopher Lee Allen; great grandchildren, Peyton Kerstoff, Emalee Kerstoff; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held, Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 1 PM in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11-1 PM prior to the service. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Oakwood, GA at 4 PM after the service. Pastor Fred Tag will officiate.
