Birdie Upton, 88, of Jonesboro, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 21, 2025.
Born on December 18, 1936, in McDonough, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Irvine Garner. Birdie dedicated many years of her life to serving others as a customer service representative with the Clayton County Water Authority before retiring.
She is lovingly remembered by her nephews, John Wilder and Phil Johnson, and her nieces, Janie Elrod and Martha Garner, who will forever cherish her memory.
There will be a graveside service at 11 am on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Sherwood Memorial Park
