Mr. Bobby Ray Avery, age 74, of Jonesboro, passed away, November 18, 2013. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Darlene Jones, and grandson, Cody Farmer. He is survived by his wife, Juanita; son, Randy Jones of Jonesboro; brother, Jim (Sylvia) Avery of Griffin; sister, Pat (Leroy) Mitchell of Locust Grove; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews, and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Funeral services will be held, Thursday, November 21, 2013, at 6 PM in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Dr. William Lacy will officiate.
