Mr. Brian Allen Cockrell, age 47 of McDonough passed away January 3, 2018. Surviving are his mother: Marty Connerly of McDonough, father and stepmother: Randy and Reba Cockrell of LaGrange, brother: Jeremy Ryan Cockrell and wife Brooke of LaGrange, step-sister: Dasha Marie Vincent and husband Jay of Atlanta, nieces and nephews: Gryson Cockrell, Riley Cockrell and Lila Cockrell, aunts, uncles and cousins, and his fiance' Theresa Edwards of Indiana. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the Chapel of Ford Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Statham and Pastor Chris Russell officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 2-5 p.m. Sunday, January 7, 2018 at the funeral home.
