Mr. Carl B. Ellington, Jr., age 87, of Hampton, passed away on June 1, 2015. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Gloria Rice and grandson, Shea Rice. He is survived by his daughter, Bonnie (James) Purcell of Hampton; longtime companion, Sandra Kay Hogan of Hampton; brother, Terry (Linda) Ellington of McDonough; grandchildren, Deanna (Mark) Sisk of Hamtpon, Ember (Jack) Litten of Hampton; great grandchildren, Bailey Sisk, Joshua Sisk, Krysten Litten, Angelina Litten and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends the day of the service from 11-1 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
