Mrs. Carol S. Cook, age 70 of Rex passed away February 21, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband: Wayne Michael Cook and parents: James E. and Clara Mae Sullivan. She is survived by her daughters: Melissa Penn of Stockbridge and Theresa Scott of Rex, sisters: Lynn Ross and Beverly (Ed) Davis, grandchildren: Ashley (Michael) Baughcum, Tracie Scott, Kasey (Emory) Partee, Roger Scott, Brandy Penn and Cierra Penn, great-grandchildren: Anthony Baughcum, Wyatt Baughcum, Brantlee Partee, Chad Partee, Asher Penn and Cassidy Penn. The family receive friends 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Friday, February 25, 2022 at the funeral home.  A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2022 at her residence.
