Mrs. Carolyn Dukes, age 73, of Jonesboro passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by son Michael Dukes. She is survived by husband Steve, daughter, Lynn Classen of Roswell, son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Janice Dukes of Kansas, brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Carol Mayo of Jonesboro and DeWayne and Brenda Mayo of Temple, sister and brother-in-law, Delores and Ray Simmons of Jonesboro, grandchildren Katelyn, Danielle, Chloe and Michael along with great-grandchildren, Avery and Jordan. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Ray Waters and Dr. Larry Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Jonesboro City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 5-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitation: Wed. March 7, 2012 from 5-8:00 p.m. Service: Thurs.
