Mr. Cecil E. Mullins, age 77, of Jonesboro, passed away, December 14, 2013. Mr. Mullins retired from the United States Air Force. He was one of the founders of the Chapel at the American Legion Post 258. The Chapel is called "For God And Country." He is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Mullins; children, Teresa (Dennis) Baxter of VA, Tammy Mullins of TN, Karen (Clayton) Ford of TN; stepchild, Debra Ann Gunia of MI; siblings, Greg Mullins of VA, Etta (Don) Nicewonder of VA; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held, 10 AM, Sunday, December 22, 2013, at the American Legion Post 258, 1483 American Legion Way, Jonesboro, GA 30236.
