Mrs. Cecilia A. Omonubi age 85 of Jonesboro passed away December 16, 2022. Mrs. Omonubi was member of Oak Park Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Gabriel Omonubi. She is survived by her children: Rotimi William Omonubi (Omonike Morenike), Dr. Rolake McDonnell (Kendrick), Dr. Sola Peter Omonubi (Olukemi Ipaye), Christopher Akintunde Olabanji, Olubusola Eunice Drumgoole (Kingsley A. Bucknor), Olugbenga Eniola Felix-Omonubi, and Muyiwa Anthony Omonubi ( fiancé Abiola Oresegun); 2 sisters: Bolanle Olamiju and Yela Adegbohun; grandchildren:Olayinka Omonubi, Oyindamola Omonubi, Oluwadamilola Omonubi, Kendrick McDonnell, Jr., Quincy McDonnell, Naomi McDonnell, Bolaji Omonubi, Dolapo Omonubi, Precious Omonubi, Benny Adenugba- Omonubi, Nicholas Olabamji, Christina olabamji, Tope Olabamji, Jesse Bucknor, Vanessa Bucknor, Omolara Omonubi, Korede Omonubi, Tomiwa Omonubi, Jola Omonubi, Antonio Omonubi; 3 great grandchildren: Kamron Omonubi, Nondynn McDonnell, and Kennedy McDonnell. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, March 18th, 2023 at Oak Park Church.  Burial will follow at Camp Memorial Park in Fayetteville. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM, Friday, March 17th, 2023 at the funeral home.
