He is survived by wife: Minnell Clay of Riverdale; son: Charles Richard (Tana) Clay, Jr. of Locust Grove; sisters: Eugenia Canady of Cumming, and Joan Dunaski of Monticello; grandchildren: Hannah Clay and Charles Dawson Clay.
