Mr. Charles C. Hoke, age 84 of McDonough passed away March 2, 2026. Mr. Hoke was a proud Veteran having served four years in the U S Coast Guard, and was involved in Scouting for twenty nine years. He was an active member of the Forest Park United Methodist Church for sixty two years and a member of Ellenwood United Methodist Church for the past two years.
Mr. Hoke was preceded in death by his parents: Hugh Bynum Hoke and Sarah Juanita Fulton Hoke. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Sharon Houser Hoke, children: Kenneth (Amy) Hoke of Lilburn, Sheila Stout of McDonough and Christopher (Rhonda) Hoke of McDonough, grandchildren: Jeremy Hoke, Jason (Rachel) Hoke, Jonathan (Kairsten) Hoke, Jason (Gaby) Stout, Bryson Hoke and Sara Hoke, great-grandchildren: Olivia Hoke, Wyatt Hoke, Parson Hoke, Benson Hoke, Charlotte Hoke, Ingrid Hoke and Thea Hoke.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Ellenwood Methodist Church.
