Mr. C. M. Stewart, age 98 of Jonesboro passed away March 9, 2015. He was preceded in death by his first wife; Doris G. Stewart, his second wife; Lillie O. Stewart, and daughter; Janelle Stewart. Surviving are his sons; John Stewart and wife Paula of Bluffton, S.C. and James Stewart and wife Judy of Fayetteville, grandchildren; J. P. Stewart, Benjamin Stewart and Tiffany Stewart Busby, and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 12, 2015, 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with The Rev. Dr. George Freeman officiating. Interment Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 12, 2015, 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
