Mrs. Clarice Diane Butler, age 59, of Forest Park passed away August 15, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Nathan Butler, daughter, Gina Liberacki and husband, Leon of McDonough, mother, Clara Ray of Riverdale, brothers, Lamar Ray of Newnan, Mike Ray of Riverdale and Leslie Ray of Senoia, Grandchildren, Leon Michael Liberacki, Jeffrey Liberacki, Ashley Liberacki and Matthew Liberacki, and great-grandchild, Brandon Liberacki. Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 17, 2014, 4 p.m. at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Larry Phillips will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 17, 2014, 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
