Mrs. Claudette Grant Barger, 79 of Peachtree City, formerly of Jonesboro passed away August 9, 2020. Mrs. Barger was preceded in death by her parents: Claude N. and Mildred Grant, husband: William Kary "Sonny" Barger, son: William Todd Barger and daughter: Julia Melissa Barger. She is survived by her sons: David (Holly) Barger of Orange Beach, AL. and Stephen (Lindsey) Barger of Griffin, grandchildren: Brett Barger, Julia Brooke, Kaitlyn Brinkerhoff and Samuel Todd Barger. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2020 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Brother Al O'Quinn officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 1 p.m.-2 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
