Connie Smith Ricks, age 75, of Hampton, passed away on February 25, 2026. She was born on September 30, 1950 in Douglasville, to the late Milton and Mildred Smith. She is also preceded in death by her husband; Rabun Vernon Ricks. She is survived by her son; David Jason Ricks of Sharpsburg, sisters; Pat Leach Harden of Griffin, Debbie Smith (Darrell) Gibbs of Zebulon, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 1, 2026 in the Chapel of Ford Stewart Funeral Home. Chaplain Jim Weathers will officiate. The family will receive friends from
1:00 PM till 2:00 PM prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Interment will be at McDonough City Cemetery following the Chapel Service.
