Mrs. Daphne Virginia Bartlett, age 87 of Jonesboro passed away January 16, 2023. Mrs. Bartlett was preceded in death by her husband: Lawrence "Pete" Bartlett, parents: Claude Shadix and Velma Gregory, son-in-law: Michael Madulka, siblings: Shirley Bennett, Linda Buckner and Mildred "Mimi-Joe" Baker.  She is survived by her children: Claudia (Art) McGahee of Locust Grove, Larry (Wanda) Bartlett of Jonesboro/Monticello, Barry (Cheryl) Bartlett of Jackson, Robin Madulka of Jonesboro and Greg (Cathy) Bartlett of Jackson, siblings: Claude "Junior" Shadix, Inez "Kay" Maiocchi, Edward Gregory, Robert Gregory, Elizabeth Fuller and Donna Lanning, grandchildren: Marcie Taylor, Chrissy Brown, Arthur "Po" McGahee, Trevor Bartlett, Heather Cloud, Justin Winfrey, Natisha Evans, Joan Palmer, Pete Bartlett, Aubrey Bartlett, Allen Lambert, Marcus Lambert, Zach Bartlett and Zane Bartlett,  32 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family members. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Bill McAllister officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
