Mr. Dawes Hardy Reeves, age 89 of Jonesboro passed away January 10, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents George D. and Dorothea Reeves, and sister: Ruth Lambert. Surviving are his wife: Bessie Reeves, daughters: Lynne Storey and husband Kerry of Williamson, Gail Mullins and husband Edmond "Moon" of Griffin and Amy Ross and husband Robert "Pete" of Jonesboro, grandchildren: Jeremy Raven, John Burel, Dusty Ross, Ashleigh Thomas and Robert Ross, great-grandchildren: Ava, Molly, Alan, Taylor, Molli, Elleigh, Hardy, Cassie, Molly, Jared, Abbi, and Jaxon. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Irvin Pearre and Rev. Hinton Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday, January 12, 2018 at the funeral home.
