Mrs. Diane Campbell age 75 of McDonough passed away January 20, 2023. Diane was  an active member of First Baptist Church Jonesboro, where she was a Sunday School Teacher to 3 year olds for 35 years and made several Mission trips with the church. She was a member of the WMU (Women's Mission Union), the Georgia Baptist Disaster Relief,  the HIS Volunteer Association and she was a member of the Gideons Auxillary for 5 years. Diane was preceded in death by her parents: Myrtice Wright and Annie Lee (Wright) Cooper and her step-father: Dr. Leo K. Cooper. She is survived by her husband: Mike Campbell, sons: David (Lindsay) Campbell and Jonathan (Kimberly) Campbell all of McDonough, brother: Bobby (Bobbie Jean) Wright of Sardis City, AL., granddaughter: Aubree Campbell and grandson: Colin Campbell, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Chapel of First Baptist Church Jonesboro with Rev. Allen Davis, Dr. Lanny Loe and Rev. Andy Cauble officiating. The family will receive friends 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to : Gideons International, Clayton County Camp, North, P. O.
