Mr. Don Scoggins, age 80 of McDonough passed away August 29, 2020. He was a member of First Baptist church Jonesboro and was preceded in death by his wife: Roberta Louise Scoggins. He is survived by his son: Donald "Barry" (Paige) Scoggins, Jr. of McDonough, sister: Annette (LeRoy) Spinks, grandchildren Cassidy Brooke Scoggins and Tyler Jade (Ashley) Sutherland, niece, LeAnne (Aaron) Nunley and nephew: Kyle (Laura) Spinks. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, September 19, 2020 in the chapel of First Baptist Church Jonesboro with Dr. Mel Blackaby officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM before the service at the church.
