Donald Grant Mr. Donald Ward Grant, age 85, of Jonesboro passed away Monday, January 2, 2012. He was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and worked for Clayton County Technical Support. He was in the Army and Georgia National Guard. He was preceded in death by parents Arthur Weldon and Maude Hester Grant along with 6 siblings. He was married for 59 years and is survived by loving wife Florence Grant. He is also survived by daughter and son-in-law; Sandra and Dennis Arbuckle of Marshallville, GA, and son and daughter-in-law; Michael and Rebecca Grant of Jackson, sisters; Opal Kee of Newnan and Joyce Young of Ellijay, grandchildren; Megan Grant, Lauren Grant, Emily Arbuckle along with nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Ford-Stewart Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Martin Jones officiating. Interment Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends today, January 4, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Visitation: Wed, Jan. 4 from 2-4 and 6-8 Service: Thurs.
