Ms. Elaine Williams Bauman, age 47 of Jonesboro passed away November 27, 2021. Ms. Williams was preceded in death by her father: Leo Lipsey. She is survived by her son: Robert Bauman of Watkinsville, mother: Shirley Lipsey of Grand Blanc, MI, brothers: Joseph Williams of WI., Jesse Lipsey of Duluth and Jervan Williams of Jonesboro, sisters: Nichole Lipsey of Flint, MI, Rachel McGee of Lawrenceville and Dorothea McGee of Flint, MI, a very special nephew: Davon Williams,  aunts , uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 3, 2021 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Bryant Grundy officiating, Interment will follow at Morrow Cemetery. The family will receive friends 10 a.m.-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
