Elaine Louise Hickman, age 80, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025.

Born on December 4, 1944, in Fort McPherson, Georgia, Elaine was the beloved daughter of the late Edna Ruth and Ellis Louis Hickman.

She is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Briscoe and Linda (Greg) Knight; her nieces, Dena (Gary) Croix and Rhonda (Jeff) Thompson; her nephew, Darren (Shelly) Briscoe; and her great-nieces and nephews, Jacob Briscoe, Maddie Briscoe, Chandler White, and Jared White. She is also lovingly remembered by her aunt, Rena Mae Peppers, her uncle, Herbert Hickman, as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Friday, September 19, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Ford-Stewart Funeral Home, 2047 Hwy 138 SE, Jonesboro, GA 30236. A graveside service will follow at College Park Cemetery, where Elaine will be laid to rest.
