Mrs. Elaine L. Irwin age 87 of Jonesboro, passed away September 9, 2019. Mrs. Irwin was preceded in death by her husband: Weston Lloyd Irwin. She is survived by her children: Michele A. Johnson (Howard B.) of Jonesboro and Dean A. Irwin (Brenda) of Clayton, NC; 4 grandchildren: Janella Bashford, Lauren Johnson, Renee Johnson, Corey Irwin; great grandchildren: Orville, Olivia and Orlando; niece: Beverley Jones (Albert). Funeral services will be held a 2 PM, Saturday, September 14th, 2019 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12-2 PM, before the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, September 17th, 2019 at Carolina Biblical Gardens, 1530 Creech Rd, Garner, NC 27529.
