Mr. Emory V. Carrin, age 84, of Jonesboro, passed away, March 24, 2012. He was an active member of Lovejoy Family Church of the Nazarene and was on the Board of Directors at Sun Valley Indian School. He is survived by his wife; Betty, sons and daughters in law; William Van (Reva) Carrin of Huntsville,AL, Clifford Scott (Cindy) Carrin of Jonesboro, brother; Charles C. Carrin of Boynton Beach, FL, grandchildren; Jennifer (Wes) Campbell, Christopher, Melanie, Brandon (Jessica), Ashley, Stephanie Carrin, and great grandchildren, James, Aaron, Anne and Aiden. Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 11 AM in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Randy Young will officiate. Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
