Mrs. Ethel L. Johnson age 89 of Hampton passed away June 15, 2018. Mrs. Johnson was a member of St. Paul Community Baptist Church in New York and attended Divine Faith International Church in Jonesboro. She was preceded in death by her son: Edward Johnson and brother: Lewis Bostic, Jr. She is survived by her children: Jesse Johnson of Atlanta, Robert Johnson of Brooklyn, NY, Brenda Rivers (Charlie) of Richmond, VA, Marie Bloomfield (Clarence) of Atlanta, Patricia Wilson-Bridgeman (Al Bridgeman) Jonesboro, Wanda Johnson of Hampton; sister: Ruth Drake of Kinston, NC; grandchildren: Parmjeet Singh, Nicole Howard, Jesse Johnson III, Chase Rivers, Brent Rivers, Devin Johnson, Anthony Wilson, Candice Bloomfield, Melanie Bloomfield; cousin: Charles Bostic (Christine) and a host of great grandchildren and extended family. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, June 23, 2018 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park.
