Mr. Frank Terry "Ted" Kepley, age, 79, of Morrow, passed away, August 19, 2012. He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from the FAA as a Controller. His true passion was being a private pilot. He is survived by his children; Julie Ann Williams of Newnan, Terry Lea Raiford of Savannah, Frank Michael Kepley of Riverdale, brother; Bryce Kepley of VA, grandchildren; Christopher Donald Raiford, Daniel Carpenter, Amanda Carpenter and a great grandchild; Braylin Nease. A memorial service will be held, Thursday, August 23, 2012, at 11 AM in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Pastor Wade Hall will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
