Mrs. Freddie Thompson McKinney, age 88, of McDonough passed away February 22, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward McKinney. Surviving are daughter, Brenda Denmon of McDonough; son, David McKinney and wife, Karel of McDonough; grandchildren, Rhonda Harris and husband, Jeff, Michael Parker and wife, Michelle, Jason McKinney and wife Beth, and Joshua McKinney and wife, Melissa; great-grandchildren, Ryne Harris, Renae Harris, Shaelan McKinney, Ashlyne McKinney and Brooke Coley. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2014, 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 25, 2014 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
