Mr. Gary E. Sweat, age 44, of Hampton passed away July 17, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Sweat, children, Kayla Sweat and Joshua Sweat of Hampton, mother, Shirley Crews Sweat of Jonesboro, brother, Rev. Gregory A. Sweat and wife, Kimberly of Jackson, sister, Cheryl E. Sweat of Hampton, nieces and nephews, Jeremy Allan Leach, Eddie Howard Hobby, III, Rebekah Sweat, Rachel Hannah Sweat and Jordan Marie Leach. Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 20, 2014, 1:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Camp Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 19, 2014, 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
