Mr. Gene Prince, age 72, of Jonesboro passed away July 1, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Prince, children, Kent Prince and wife Sherri of Covington, Wendy Hall and partner, Craig Jordan of Griffin, Bennie Prince and wife Shay of McDonough, and Joey Saturday of Stockbridge, brother, Cecil Prince and wife June of Carrollton, 16 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a very special friend, Edna Prince. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 3, 2014, 1 p.m. at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Interment Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 2, 2014, 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
