Rev. George E. Kreidel, Sr. age 89, of Stockbridge passed away January 30, 2021. Rev. Kreidel was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Appomattox, Virginia. He is survived by his loving wife: Carolyn Kizer Kreidel; children: George Edward (Robin) Kreidel, Jr. of GA, Gary Michael (Anna) Kreidel of SC, Ellen K. (David) Hinnant of NC, and Gina E. (John) Curran of GA; grandchildren: Alec Kreidel, Logan Kreidel, Ashley Kreidel, Melissa Rogers, Izzy Hinnant, and Jennifer Hodges; great grandchildren: Addison Belle Hodges and Jake William Hodges. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, February 2, 2021 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Alan Saunders officiating. A private interment will be held at Spout Spring Baptist Church Cemetery in Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Virginia Baptist Children's Home, 860 Mt.
