Mr. Glenn Alan Jones, 84, of Jonesboro, passed away on June 14, 2024. Alan proudly served in the U.S. Military and had a fulfilling career as a machinist at American National Can Company. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Eva Patricia Jones, and his parents, Leslie and Margaret Jones.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, David K. Jones and his wife Kendyl Jones of NC and daughter, Angela Jones Allen of Morrow; his grandson, Jason Abraham Newman; and his loyal canine companion, Bogey. He is also survived by numerous family members in Tennessee.

A graveside service will be held at Sherwood Memorial Park on Tuesday, June 18, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital via http://www.stjude.org/give.html
