Gloria Jane Brown Holland, age 96, of Jonesboro, passed away on October 6, 2026. She was born on February 9, 1930 in Athens, GA to the late Mr. Hillard and Lucille Bedingfield. She worked for the City of East Point for many years. She was preceded in death by her husbands; John Raymond Brown, Jr., Garland Buford Holland, children; James Lawrence Brown, Sr. and Robert Karon Brown. She is survived by her stepchildren; Terri Holland, Lisa (Tim) Wright, Debbie (Tony) Harris, grandchildren; Cindy (Jeff) Tarpley, Jim (Christi) Brown, Jamie (Jessie) Barnes; great grandchildren; Nathan Brown, Abby Brown, Emily (Bryon) Smith, Joshua Tarpley, Jordan Tarpley, Tyler Barnes, Tucker Barnes, Taylor Barnes; daughter-in-law; Ellen K. Brown and extended family. The interment will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta.
