Mrs. Gloria Needham Howard, age 91, of Jonesboro, passed away on November 24, 2017. She is survived by her son Dale Howard and his spouse Antonio Franco of Jonesboro and a sister Sarajo Watkins of TN. Mrs. Howard was retired from the Fulton County School System.
