Mr. Gordon H. Woods, age 86 of Jonesboro passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro. He was preceded in death by his parents; Julian and Marion Woods. He is survived by his wife of 58 years; Ellen McKee Woods, children; Michael (Wendy) Woods of Strongsville, Ohio, Jennifer Shullih of Live Oak, Florida, grandchildren; Anna (Curtis) Averette, Tyler (Destiny) Woods and Austin Woods, great-grandchildren; Mackenzie, Macie, and Addyson. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday December 10, 2023 at 2pm in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Davis officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Camp Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
