Mr. Guy T. "Boots" Mitchell, age 63 of Woodstock passed away March 3, 2017. He is survived by his children: Kayla Van Oosterwyk and husband Patrick of Cumming, and Kyle Mitchell of Augusta, sister: Julie Mitchell Wright and husband Britt of Stockbridge, nieces and nephews: Jodi Hitt, Jason Wright, Lee Wynn, Dwain Wynn, Cindii Mitchell Gibson, and Hugh Mitchell, cousins and extended family. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
