Mr. Harvey E. Amy, age 83, of Jonesboro, GA, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2014. He was a member of the First Baptist Church Jonesboro, a Korean Marine Veteran and worked at Norfolk Southern Railroad for forty three years. He is survived by his wife; Sally Amy of Jonesboro, son; Ted (Gina) Amy of Jonesboro, grandchildren; Casey Amy and Andrew Amy. Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 11 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Rev. Irvin Pearre will officiate.
