Mrs. Hazel Farmer Rainwater, age 82 of McDonough, passed away October 4, 2020. Mrs. Rainwater was a member of Glen Haven Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her son: Ronnie Rainwater; parents: Arbie S. & Johnnie Bell Farmer; and brother: Billy Farmer. She is survived by her husband: Floyd Rainwater; daughter: Connie (Donnie) Warr; son: Glen Rainwater all of McDonough; siblings: Nellie Mewborn of Conyers, Buddy (Brenda) Farmer of Dallas; Roy (Joyce) Farmer of Stockbridge; and Nancy Kersey of Conyers; sister-in-law: Janice Farmer of Stockbridge; grandchildren: Kim (Jeff) Schroeder of NC, and Brian (Jennie) Warr of McDonough; 4 great grandchildren: Eli Warr, Caleb Warr, Austin Schroeder and Aidan Schroeder; and several nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, October 7th, 2020 at Glen Haven Baptist Church in McDonough with Sr. Pastor Brady Howard and Pastor Emeritus Ralph Easterwood will be officiating. Burial will follow at The Rock Baptist Church Cemetery in Rex. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM, Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at the funeral home and 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
