Mrs. Hazel Pickelsimer Sewell, age 91 of Forest Park passed away May 17, 2015. She was born November 23, 1923 in Argon, GA. She was married to Charles Thomas Sewell, Sr. for 63 years. She was a mother and homemaker who took great pride in her family. She was a devoted wife and loved to fish and enjoyed her time with her husband. Mrs. Sewell was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Forest Park. Surviving are her sons: Tommy Sewell and wife Judy of Rex, and John Sewell and wife Sara of Griffin, daughter: Sandra Lewis and husband Kenneth of Forest Park, grandchildren: Chris Sewell and wife Michelle, Shawn Sewell and wife Julie, Shelley Harrison and husband Glen, Angela Algeri, Chuck Sewell and Heather Lewis, great-grandchildren: Trey Sewell, Josh Sewell, Daniel Sewell, Ani Kirby, Johnny Kirby, Taylor Harrison and Alex Harrison. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2015, 11 am at Campground United Methodist Church Cemetery in Marietta with Chaplain Jerry Weaver officiating.
