Mrs. Helen Rebecca Garrett age 80 of Jonesboro passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016. Mrs. Garrett was preceded in death by her daughter: Madeline Garrett. She is survived by husband: Wilton O. Garrett of Jonesboro; children: Michael Wilton Garrett of Jonesboro, Jennifer Garrett Odom (Glen) of Sumter, SC, Denise Garrett Wade (Michael) of Brooks, Phillip Wilkes Garrett (Karen) of Senoia, and Stephen Eugene Garrett (Wendy) of Arlington, GA; brother: Earnest Wilkes of SC; 9 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 7 PM, Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in the Chapel of Ford Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM at the funeral home before the service.
