Mrs. Helen Dean Winkler, age 81 of Jonesboro passed away September 6, 2025. Mrs. Winkler was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Xenia Winkler, granddaughter: Kathryn Mullins and her parents: Fred Chittum and Georgia West Chittum. She is survived by her daughters: Tammy (Darryl) Mullins of Buchanan, Sherry (Kevin) Williams of Senoia, and Angela (Pedro) Almader of McDonough, son: Charles (Rebecca) Winkler of McDonough, brother: Bob Chittum of MI., sisters: Peggy Lou McBee and Joan Davis both of TN, grandchildren: Lauren, Lance, Amber, Rachel, Leslie, Moriah, Tabitha, Lola and Emmie, great-grandchild: Rylie, and extended family members.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Ford-Stewart Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at 2 P.M. C.S.T. at Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Fruithurst, AL. The family will receive friends 10 A.M. – 11 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
