Mrs. Hope Weddle, age 85 of Jonesboro passed away December 9, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Edwin Weddle. Surviving are her sons: Cecil L. Weddle and Pete L. Weddle both of Jonesboro, and Joe J. Weddle of Ft. Stockton, TX., and sister: Donna Pacheco of Ft. Stockton, TX., grandchildren: Cecil Weddle, Jr. of Griffin, Stephanie Lallerstedt of Temple, Anthony Cochran of Griffin, Michael Wayne Weddle of Odessa, TX., and Jeffrey Weddle of Davenport, IA., great-grandchildren: Cheyenne Weddle of Grantville and Emersyn Kate Cochran of Griffin. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Harvest Baptist Tabernacle with Dr. Joe Arthur officiating. Mrs. Weddle will be placed in state at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
