Mrs. Idalina Collazo Ramos, age 88 of Jonesboro passed away March 30, 2022. Mrs. Ramos, a Pastor's wife, was very active in Spanish-speaking ministries throughout the state of Georgia, most recently serving at Victoria En Cristo and First Baptist Church Jonesboro.  She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Pastor Teodoro Ramos, sons: Nelson (Sue) Ramos of Toms River, N.J. and Teddy (Sandy) Ramos of Jonesboro, daughter: Lillian (James B.) Stanley of Jonesboro, former daughter-in-law: Carmen Acosta, siblings: Hilda Margarita Collazo Ortiz and Miguel Angel Collazo, grandchildren: Adrian M. Ramos, Felicia D. (Joseph) Gaffney, Brianna E. (Joe) Lombardo, Antonio D. (Caroline Mak) Ramos, Bianca C. (Noel) Channer, Elisa R. Ramos, Jacob B. Stanley, Melody R. (Daniel) Joyner and Jonathan M. (Morgan) Stanley, 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2022 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Dr. Eliu Camacho-Vasquez officiating. Interment will follow at The Rock Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
