Mrs. Isabel Billarreal Loe, age 65 of Stockbridge passed away August 9, 2021. Mrs. Loe was a member of First Baptist Church Jonesboro and was preceded in death by her parents: Eutimio Billarreal and Frances Pecina Vega, brother: Antonio Billarreal, nephew: John Duncan Osteen and in-laws: Harold and Ruby Loe. She is survived by her husband: Lanny Loe, daughters: Samantha Isabel (Frank) Edwards of Weatherford, TX and Toni Loe (Derek) Rabalais of Aledo, TX, brothers: Stephen (Debbie) Billarreal and Tim Billarreal of TX., sister: Mariana (Rusty) Hess of N.Y., sisters-in-law: Becky Billarreal of TX. and Beth (Bill) Osteen, brother-in-law: Tommy (Kelley) Loe of AR., grandchildren: Selah Rabalais, Josiah Rabalais, Eli Edwards, Isaiah Rabalais, Isabella Rabalais, Hannah Rabalais, Luke Edwards and Aden Edwards, nieces and nephews: Andrew Billarreal, Matthew (Riane) Billarreal,  Jeffrey (Stephanie) Billarreal, Tim Osteen, Mary Osteen, Antonio Billarreal, II and Justin Andrews. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 14, 2021 at First Baptist Church Jonesboro, Worship Center with Dr. Mel Blackaby officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2021 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to First Baptist Church Jonesboro, Missions Fund, P. O. Box 773, Jonesboro, GA 30237 in Memory of Isabel  Loe.
