Mr. J. W. Coffel, age 87 of Morrow passed away February 16, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife: Virgie A. Coffel and was a member of Harvest Baptist Tabernacle. Surviving are his children: Ricky William Coffel of Lithonia, Jess "Michael" Coffel of Atlanta, Brian Keith Coffel of N.C., Robin Annette Mackie of Lithonia and Mala Renee Sutton and husband Duane of Juliette, GA., and brother: Jerry Coffel and wife: Joanne of Chattanooga, TN. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2017 in the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Weathers officiating. Interment will follow at Camp Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 19, 2017, 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
